OWIIH is established in Abu Dhabi Global Market, whose principal address is 3401, 34, Al Maqam Tower, Regus ADGM Square, Al Marya Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates OWIIH is committed to respect privacy and secure Personal Information with compliance to all applicable data protection, privacy laws and regulations in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates and General Data Protection Regulations “GDPR” This Policy describes how OWIIH collects, discloses, and processes Personal Information, including, but not limited to, the user’s name, address and credentials.
Websites, products and services may contain links to, or may be embedded in another organisation’s or agency’s website which have their own privacy policies. In this case the Visitor to the extent he or she is no longer on a website and is not providing OWIIH with his or her Personal Information will become subject to the privacy policy of the accessed external site and OWIIH will have no liability for any Personal Information provided to the third-party information gatherer through the website controlled or operated by that third party.

OWIIH collects information (including Personal Information) on visitors when they interact with the visited website (including user account creation and submission of contact forms), uses a OWIIH mobile application or uses a OWIIH service. As permitted by law, OWIIH may also obtain data from public and commercial third-party sources, including, without limitation, purchasing statistics from third party providers.

  • direction of travel, your GPS data and data about connection with local Wi-Fi equipment
  • information on how you interact with our services
  • your browsing history of the content you have visited on our sites, including how you were referred to our sites via other websites
  • details of your computer, mobile, TV, tablet or other devices, for example, the unique device ID, unique vendor or advertising ID and browsers used to access our content

In order to use OWIIH services, the visitors may be requested to provide Personal Information. Visitors have the right to opt not to disclose personal to OWIIH. However, not providing OWIIH with some of the Personal Information may limit a user’s/prospective Client’s experience or accessibility to some services.

Personal Information will be used for, without limitation, the following purposes:

  • To add the visitor contact (with visitor’s consent) to a mailing list in order to send him or her information about services, surveys; or sending Visitor marketing information, that might be of interest. In case Visitor does not wish to receive these types of information, they can opt out at any time.

Cookies and Relevant Technologies

Cookies
OWIIH uses Cookies to identify the visitor using its websites and services. The text in a Cookie often consists of identifiers, site names, and some numbers and characters. Cookies are unique to the browsers or mobile applications used by an individual, and enable Websites to store data including, without limitation and Visitor preferences.
The visitor’s browser will return the Cookie information only to the domain where the Cookie originated and its content can be retrieved or read only by the server that created the Cookie.

A visitor can unsubscribe from the OWIIH mailing list at any time if they do not want to be tracked in this manner. Protection and Retention of Personal Information
OWIIH is committed to protect personal Information with the maximum possible level of security measures to mitigate the risks of data leakage. OWIIH uses appropriate technical measures to protect personal Information from unauthorized access, disclosure, usage, modification, damage, or loss. For example, OWIIH uses cryptographic, masking and tokening technologies for data confidentiality, protection mechanisms to prevent attacks and access control mechanisms to permit only authorized access to personal Information.
OWIIH will retain Personal Information for no longer than is necessary for the purposes stated in this policy, unless otherwise extending the retention period as required or permitted by applicable laws. The standards OWIIH uses to determine the retention period are, but not limited to:

OWIIH will maintain user registration information as long as the account details are necessary for service provision. A visitor may choose to deregister their account. After an account deregistration, OWIIH will stop providing the visitor with services and delete their Personal Information, provided that deletion is not restricted or prohibited by applicable law or regulation.

The Site is not for use by children and we do not knowingly collect, store, share or use the personal information of children.

Any Personal Information provided to a third party by OWIIH’s under the terms of this Policy will be further subject to the third party’s privacy and data protection policy which OWIIH accepts no liability for.
